Rodney Simmons, our Founder and Lead Craftsman, brings the discipline, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence from his distinguished military career into every design and fabrication project. Melanie Simmons, our Designer and Operations Lead, brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience to the team, contributing to design development while overseeing operations, marketing, and client experience.
